We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person for the role of expert associate for organizational development who will join us and participate independently and within the team developing and strengthening Biom’s human potential and organizational development.
We were founded in 2006 with the aim of research and preservation of the living world as well as raising public awareness of biodiversity, endangered species and habitats, sustainable development and nature protection in general. Through our work, we want to preserve biodiversity by monitoring the condition of nature’s components and implementing conservation measures, focusing on birds, but also on numerous other wild animals and plants.
In addition to biologists and ornithologists, our team includes foresters, agronomists, but also colleagues from other branches such as law, political science, sociology and economics. We complement each other with specific knowledge and experiences. We are looking for a new team member to join us in the position of expert associate for organizational development and who will take over following tasks both as a team member and independently:
- Implementation of the employee recruitment process
- Management of employee development and education
- Ensuring and monitoring the work performance of employees
- Facilitation of the process of creating organizational strategies and plans and changes in the organizational structure
- Implementation of assessment and monitoring of organizational performance
- Development of organizational culture
- Creating procedures, instructions, reports and other administrative tasks from the scope of work
- Cooperation with other departments

- Employment contract for a fixed period of one year, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent employment relationship (trial work is planned for a duration of 6 months)

The requirements for this position are:
- at least 3 years of work experience in similar jobs,
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in social studies (preference: psychology)
- advanced computer skills
- advanced knowledge of English language in speech and writing
- category B driver’s license and active driver
